We care about your privacy, even if you don't!

That's Wicked (www.thatswicked.net) does not collects personal information when you use its services. When you create your own 'like' using the 'Get your own like' facility at the top of each page, some information is collected from your computer and stored in our database.

The two pieces of information we collect are: 1. Your IP address. 2. The date that you posted the 'like'. We collect these two pieces of information to prevent abuse of our system. If you misuse our website we will block your IP and reserve the right to report you to the appropriate authorities.

If you choose to use our newsletter service, we will collect some additional information. In this instance, we will collect your first and last names, as well as your email address. These will be used to send you personally tailored newsletters containing offers and other information that we think you would like to see. We will not spam your email address and we promise to send you an email no more than once a day, although it is most likely that we will contact you less frequently.

Under no circumstances will we give away any of your personal information, unless it is to an official law enforcement agency with a valid reason, in which case, we are legally obliged to do so. Only employees of Wicked Online Marketing and authorised third parties, who have signed non-disclosure notices have access to the information stored on our databases.
